JAPANESE CLASS

※Currently, it takes three to four months to find a teacher.
■ Class type: Individual (In principle, classes are once a week.)
■ Level: from zero beginner to advanced (Including JLPT preparation)
■ How to start the class?
Previous registration in person is required. Online registration (via email, etc.) is not available. If you cannot come to the office, please contact us by email (eia.19910808＠gmail.com) or facebook "EIA flash" messenger.
The class will start as soon as a date and time has been set for students and teachers to meet. It usually takes about 10 days to 1 month to arrange a class.
※ If the student does not specify the day of the week and the time (people who are unemployed or have flexible working hours), they may be able to find a teacher faster.
Classes taught by volunteer teachers are 100% in Japanese.
In general, they are face-to-face classes, but if you prefer, you can opt for online classes as well.
● Price (payment in advance)
・Annual registration fee ... 1000 yen (Valid for 1 year from the registration date)
・Class Fee ... 500 yen per class/60 min. (Please have the exact amount ready to pay directly to your teacher)
※ Textbook (\2,000-\2,500) and copy fee may apply separately.
※ Please, purchase your textbook at bookstores after the first class interview.
● Rules to be respected after classes start.
・Respect the schedule. Do not be late, please.
・Exchange email address and telephone number with the teacher. Call the teacher once to confirm that the number is correct.
・After the first class, the days and times of the next classes must be agreed between the student and the teacher.
・If you cannot come to the class, please contact your teacher at least one day in advance. Please avoid last minute cancellation.
※ Teachers come especially to teach you.
・If you cancel classes twice in a row without notice, classes will be cancelled.
・If you would like to take a break from class for a while or quit class, please don't hesitate to let us know.
・In principle, classes are once a week. (※There are cases where the volunteer is unable to teach 4 classes per month.)
・To start looking for a volunteer for you, we ask you to send us the days you can study (at least 8 dates) via messenger or email, please.
・If there are many applicants on the waiting list, it may take longer than 1 month to start your class.
・Do not pay with large 10,000 yen bills. Bring 500 yen in coins without fail, so there is no change, please.
・If the volunteer contacts you and there is no response from you within 3 weeks, the Japanese class will be cancelled.
